Smile Series (Custom Made-to-Order Products)

Smile Series items are custom produced upon order.

Production times may vary depending on item type and demand.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated at checkout.

Because these items are made to order, shipping timelines may be longer than standard in-stock products.


Local Produce Orders

Local produce orders are available for pickup or local delivery only.

Pickup and delivery details will be provided at checkout or via follow-up email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when appropriate.
