Brainy Bill’s Bounty LLC wants you to love your purchase. Please review our return policies below.
Games (THAT REALLY STINKS! and related products)
Unopened game products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Opened games may only be returned if defective or damaged.
Due to the nature of tabletop games, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse once the packaging has been opened.
Smile Series (Custom Made-to-Order Products)
Smile Series items are custom made to order.
Because these items are produced specifically for you, all Smile Series sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your custom item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage
- We will evaluate and resolve promptly
Local Produce
Due to the perishable nature of produce, all produce sales are final.
If there is an issue with freshness or quality, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include your order number
- Include photos if applicable
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
